General Provisions and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the get win platform and all its services. When you register on get win, log in, or use any part of the platform, you fully agree to these Terms.
get win provides online casino, sports betting and virtual gaming services for users in Bangladesh. All activities on this platform are governed by these Terms. The Terms may be updated at any time and any revised version will take effect from the date of publication.

Eligibility and Account Registration
Age Requirement
The minimum age to open an account on get win is 21. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform. The date of birth provided at registration must be accurate. If an account is opened with a false age, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.
Single Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and bonuses will be cancelled. Different members of the same household may maintain separate accounts, but additional verification may be required if the same device or IP address is used.
Accuracy of Information
The name, mobile number and other details provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. If incorrect information is provided, withdrawals will be on hold until account verification is completed. get win may request additional documents for verification at any time.
Account Security
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You may not allow any third party to use your account. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the support team immediately.
Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on get win is ৳200. Deposits can currently be made using bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Funds sent to the account are normally credited quickly, though in certain situations it may take a little longer.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Completed account verification is mandatory before a withdrawal request can be processed.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
- If verification is incomplete, withdrawals will be placed on hold.
- Amounts derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
- get win reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
Currency and Amounts
All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Once funds are credited to a user's account, they are not converted into any other currency.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement to receive this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be placed.
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements — check the terms before claiming.
- Bonuses may only be used on specified games if stated in the offer.
- get win reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse or attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts are found, the account will be closed.
- Cashing out before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
No bonus is "free" money — wagering requirements must be fulfilled to withdraw any bonus.
Betting and Gaming Rules
Bet Validity
Only bets that have been successfully confirmed are considered valid. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be withdrawn or changed. If a bet is confirmed at incorrect odds or an incorrect amount due to a system error, get win reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet.
Casino Game Rules
Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed while the game is running. If any error or discrepancy occurs in the game software, get win has the authority to make a decision. Results determined by the RNG (Random Number Generator) are final.
Sports Betting
Sports betting odds are subject to change and the odds at the time the bet is placed are final. If a match is cancelled or a market is suspended for a specific reason, the stake will be refunded. Placing identical bets on the same event from multiple accounts is not permitted.
Prohibited Activities
- Placing bets using automated software or bots.
- Interfering with or manipulating the game system in any way.
- Attempting to unfairly control outcomes in collusion with other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
VIP Program and Cashback
get win has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs by tier — up to 0.4% for Bronze, 0.8% for Silver, 1.1% for Gold and 1.5% for Platinum.
Weekly cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week (total bets minus total winnings). For example, a Gold tier member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback.
Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's regular activity — tiers may increase upon reaching a specified turnover threshold and may decrease due to inactivity. get win reserves the right to change VIP terms.
Account Suspension and Closure
Closure by the User
Any user may request to voluntarily close their account. Any balance remaining in the account should be withdrawn before making the request. Detailed provisions on self-exclusion and voluntary breaks are outlined in the Responsible Gaming section.
Suspension or Closure by get win
get win may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Registration using false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse or breach of wagering terms.
- Attempting to gain funds dishonestly by exploiting system errors.
- Threats, harassment or inappropriate behaviour.
- Using the platform for illegal purposes.
In the event of permanent closure, any verified legitimate balance will be returned after review, but amounts derived from bonuses will be cancelled.
Mobile App and Technology Use
The get win Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. These same terms apply in full to use of the app. get win will not be responsible for any issues arising from downloading the app from third-party sources.
Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their own devices. Reverse engineering any part of the platform, attempting to extract source code, or copying it is strictly prohibited.
Data Protection and Privacy

User account information is not sold to any third party. However, information may need to be shared with authorities to meet legal requirements or to prevent fraud.
Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
Limitation of Liability
While get win makes every effort to provide the best service, it is not liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection, device issues or disruptions to third-party services. The platform may be temporarily taken offline for maintenance, and advance notice will be given where possible.

If a dispute arises over a bet, withdrawal or bonus, please first contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Common issues are resolved quickly. Complex cases may require further investigation and the final decision will rest with get win's management.

Terms Updates and Notification
get win reserves the right to change any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes as early as reasonably possible. Continued use of the platform after any change will be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms.
The date of the most recent update will always be shown at the top of the page. Previous versions of the Terms will no longer be valid.
Other General Provisions
Applicable Law
These Terms and the relationship between the user and get win are governed by the applicable legal framework. If any part of the Terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
Severability
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between get win and the user and supersede any previous oral or written discussions. A waiver of any one term does not imply a waiver of any other term or a future waiver of the same term.
